Hey there! My name is Lauren and I’m glad you stopped by. I have a lot of letters after my name, but there’s more to me than my certifications and degrees. I wear a lot of hats, including mom, wife, writer, chief household chef, blogger, coach and yoga instructor. I am a former dancer. After several debilitating injuries, I got into this field to fix my own pains and ended up staying. I am a travel addict. I have been to Japan, Morocco, France, Italy, 24 States (including Hawaii) and two US Commonwealths. I am a military spouse. I have lived in California, Virginia, New York City and Connecticut. My favorite food is Cabbage Pierogis. Most importantly, I am fascinated by the human body and committed to helping people live happy, healthier lives.
